# Unlocking periods

**Undelegate periods:**

Withdrawing tokens most often takes a few minutes, sometimes a few hours.

Unlocking some tokens can take up to 5 days. This depends on several factors such as the purpose of the pool, token, network, etc

**Submit the undelegate request:**

To begin the ubdelegate process, you first need to submit an XBANKING undelegate request. To do this:

1. Visit app: <https://app.xbanking.org>
2. Go to Dashboard:[ ](https://app.xbanking.org/history)<https://app.xbanking.org/dashboard>
3. Choose token to withdraw, then press ‘Undelegate’.
4. Approve the allowance by signing the transaction.
